The Model GC 200 unit, made entirely of painted metal or with stainless steel 304 panels, has been designed to ensure superior results in croissant production.
Perfect for medium-sized workshops that also process gluten-free dough.
The machine includes three basic steps: calibration, cutting, rolling.
The first step ensures the uniform weight of the croissants; the cut is made according to standard measures in order to ensure the precise quantity.
The rolling of the empty croissants can be modified with the appropriate settings
